Barn is approximately 900 sf with an approximately 300 sf aviary attached to the lower side making a total of approximately 1,200 sf of usable space. Center section is designed for storing farm equipment. Huge double doors grace the front and the back to provide a drive-through when necessary. A tack room with concrete floor as well as a screened chicken house are on the right side as you enter the barn. The left side has three rooms that were used in conjunction with the aviary. Any of the enclosed sections could be reconfigured for horse stalls. Interior of barn is high enough to allow construction of a hay loft in the top section if you wish. The overhead area on both side sections is used for storage.
A small apple orchard is on the property.
On a six-acre tract Cherokee County allows you to maintain up to six horses.
